THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE AT www.danielssecuritycentre.co.uk BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. 2. ORDERING FROM US
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process or by placing an order over the telephone. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. This will be done by e-mail or by post, whichever method you specify.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we confirm the order by e-mail. Once the order is accepted the contract is formed.
a)Where goods are not available, we will provide a substitute of the same type and quality. You will be notified of this substitution by post or e-mail. You will have an opportunity to return the substitute goods if they are not acceptable. We will bear the cost of returning the substitute goods to our offices.
Delivery will take place within 30 days of the order being confirmed unless otherwise agreed with You.
Delivery of special order products will take place within 30 days of the order being confirmed.
Delivery for products made to order will take place within the time specified on the order form at the time of confirmation of the order and in any event within 30 days of confirmation of the order.
Our product prices do not include VAT.
Packing and carriage prices are charged separately
Our prices are reviewed periodically.
All products must be paid for in full before despatch. Payment can be made using a credit or debit card using a secure online payment method. Alternatively a cheque or bank transfer can be sent to our trading address.
4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order before the goods have been despatched you can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to cancel the order once you have received the goods. You can give us a notice of cancellation. You have 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the goods. You must notify us in a durable form and this can be done by email to email@example.com or in writing to: Daniel's Security Centre, Head Office, Tawnymeade, Pode Lane, Old Leake, Boston, Lincs PE22 9NB United Kingdom. You must keep the goods in good condition whilst they are in your possession.
You should return the goods to us, you will bear the cost of returning the goods. Upon receipt of the goods you will receive a full refund of any monies paid or exchange or credit if applicable.
In the case of customised orders where the goods have been made specifically to your order the above cancellation provisions do not apply.
5. VISITOR MATERIAL AND CONDUCT
a) that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience;
b) For which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals;
c) Which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in the UK or any other country in the world; or
d) Which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data).
You may not misuse the Website (including, without limitation, by hacking).
We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of above clauses.
